Do any of my followers think that MAGAs will be satisfied with Trump’s release of “pertinent” Epstein documents specifically from “grand jury testimony?” It seems clear the monster he built has turned against him and this will not be enough.

I’m afraid that this is not the turning point that most of us are hoping for. MAGA will dig in. They will buy the “hoax” talking points and they will blame everyone except for Trump. He has never truly faced the consequences and never will. 34 guilty verdicts? No jail time and a trip to the WH.

I know we’re all enjoying the spectacle, but based on the past 10 years, I’m skeptical that his base won’t EVENTUALLY fall in line. I also think it’s likely that this story will run out of steam (like every other story) and the press will just move on. I could be completely wrong here.

Even that won’t happen. Court Rule (I think 6(e)?) says grand jury testimony can’t be released. Bondi will ask the court, court will decline citing the rule, Bondi will shrug and say “welp, that’s that I guess”.
