3/ there's a restaurant in Berlin called 'Haus der 100 Biere' and a namesake, AFAIK unrelated pub in Munich going by the same name. And yes .... they offer 100 different beers 🍻.

2/ there are 7.500 bigger or smaller breweries in Germany and dozens of wellknown brands, plus literally hundreds of craft beers being brewed in those small breweries. You can spend 2-3 months in drinking a different brand/flavour any given day 😉. Apply at the next Germanym embassy 🙂

1/ I'm not into much drinking and while we lived in the UK I never had any beers there, it's an undrinkable, like warm brew. To be fair, I never drank 🇺🇸 beer either when visiting/while I lived there. Compared to the German stuff ... better keep my mouth shut.
