There are so many violations of his Civil Rights here, one hardly knows where to begin! If he was arrested for not having his lights on is not an arrestable offence: there are no 'Daytime Running Lights' in the U.S.! He was not cautioned - hence; a false arrest! The police don't know the law!!

In the case of a false arrest, which it clearly was, one is legally entitled to resist, & obstruction has no legal basis. However, though it is a person's right to resist, the police can do a lot of damage. Equally, one can sue for the false arrest, & for assault & battery, which was the case here!

What civil rights? We live in an authoritarian country now. The felon gave cops immunity. They can do whatever the fuck they want, and they are.
