Chemo treatment does burn you if youre exposed to the sun for too long. Still think its more then that but, when my wife had cancer we had to cover her up to percent burns

100 percent. Its why I am linking it to chemo. Weight loss, hair loss, unsteady, covered up....no videos yet to show speak but I wonder if hes cognitively all there ( that one was hard for me) The big difference is...time. this has happened in days, not months. Chemo is radiation, Putin a IV

Basically, he looks like late stage chemo patients that i saw. But I watched that happen over weeks and months not days. The only logical link is his best friend who we all know poisoned others may have done the same here. Time will tell.
