To do what again? Right. Deny political autonomy to armed Palestinian organizations. That's the official justification for the bombings and starvation. Because Hamas, etc are refusing to disarm - knowing that if they disarm, they'll kill everyone anyway. This is what you would be setting up.

Weird to call yourself a Constitutional Scholar and insist on revoking the only truly popular enforcement mechanism the Constitution has. Goofy behavior.
