There's video of that veteran saying "I'm going to take a little rest then I'll be back out tomorrow going again" that veteran is 87, he is completely fine.

That's great but misses the point. Handcuffing a guy, behind his back, when he needs his hands to help him with his walker, is overkill. He was NO THREAT to the younger and stronger LE detaining him. Instead of honoring his service they dishonored themselves. Sad!
