This is absolutely spot on. In the UK, we have Trump worshipping Nigel Farage and his "Reform" party hoping to get elected in 2029 so they can wreck UK. His acolytes say he "tells it like it is" when actually he tells them what they want to hear. He feeds their prejudices with his hate and bile.
