Unfortunately, I think it’s a mistake to believe the courts will rule in our favor, as all evidence says to the contrary. An initial injunction is possible, but higher courts? No.

Unions file grievances. You think the 4th Circuit will rule against us when the case gets there? That Court is keeping our bathrooms open in NOVA right now since that is the justification these districts have used to fight DoE.

You have your answer. Until cisgender people as a collective actually give a shit about our survival nothing will change. In the meantime, join and/or form community and trade groups, get militant, be ready to defend your own life. Establish anti-capitalist barter networks in your area.

I never said that - you're missing the point: Don't rely on impacting or changing the system. This regime is literally committing genocide against us and history shows that organized cis support is often toothless or conditional. Build community. Prepare for a general strike. That's how we fight.

What is happening to us is not genocide. That is what is happening in Gaza & to an extent in the West Bank. I haven't lost perspective.
