What should be done and what wins elections do not always align. When a sizable portion of voters are more concerned about the price of eggs, bacon, and gasoline than pronouns, we need to listen.

What is your definition of identity politics then? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Identit... "My" target audience is never the people who think any human deserves less rights than others. Those are not the people I'd want voting for me. I would be horrified and ashamed to "win" the KKK's vote for example.
