Going to be blunt - while our government is pure trash right now, Canada is doing much the same thing but not as badly. Both the UK and Canada are airdropping aid into Gaza while funding or outright providing the weapons used to kill people as they collect the aid and both need to do a lot better.

I worry (near constantly). Worldwide, it's power versus people. Profit>lives. Some days I hope for more, most days I just smoke-sedate as much as possible. None of us are free of fear: jobs/housing/healthcare + the more I stick around, the more the suffering seems to be the point.
