I don't think I'm particularly surprised that a physician would be voting to cut Medicaid. The American Medical system in its entirety is abysmal, rife with malpractice and gouging. I've read a lot of practitioners complain that 'Medicaid is a hassle' and that they 'don't get paid as much'.--

Ideally! Iowa used to be a blue state known for having one of the best public education systems in the country. Now our schools are in trouble and we have soulless husks like Reynolds, Hinson, Miller-Meeks, Feenstra, Grassley (both of them), Young, etc. making life miserable.
