There have been NO service enhancements. The alleged great results they are getting are scripted, and CREATED out of whole cloth. NO one who touts their performance are not SS recipients/beneficiaries. They are in fact actors paid by the regime to FALSELY claim wonderful results. This IS FRAUD.

The service rendered by SSA since the suppurating pustule came into POWER has been horrendous. It is as if it has not gone downhill so much as it has fallen off a cliff. But THEN that was always his intention. To destroy the system. That is why he must be destroyed first.
