I agree. Our egos are mighty influences on our behavior and Biden is not alone in that. Biden’s principal task was to stop Trump. He failed. Water under the bridge now.

The only reason to keep this fact alive is to get Democrats to wake up and change their behavior. Too many of them are still in denial of why they lost. And to continue your analogy--the water washed away the bridge, and it is time to build a new one.
