Anyway I'm not giving up diet coke. I can't eat gluten or most sugar substitutes or basically any FODMAP foods at all, so fuck 'em if they think they can take my diet coke too.

oof, I'm so sorry, that sounds awful. Mine did't get bad till maybe a decade ago too, and it took ages to work out what was wrong with me. I also have hashimotos and chronic pain so basically my body is just a weird bowl of jello most of the time.

It's a thyroid condition. Ha, jinx on the mediterranean diet! I can't eat seafood (allergic to shellfish, don't like normal fish) but chicken and mediterranean veg is what makes up the majority of my dinners.

I can’t eat anything with dairy or spices or high fodmap there’s 2 kinds of cereal I can eat ! Finally found a gluten free one I love ! So yes I’m going to still have my pop and potato chips

Omg you are me !!! I can’t even eat cheese anymore pisses me off so bad ! Yes they said I could have diet pop which is good ever since I took prednisone when I had bronchitis I get so nauseous if I don’t drink ginger ale that’s how I got addicted to it

CAN'T EAT CHEESE omg I would die. I probably shouldn't be able to but I've eaten so much dairy over the course of my life I've probably built up some sort of resistance (princess bride iocane powder-style).
