I think that might be worse actually, at least I'm not too likely going to be triggered into an undue rage in the supermarket because of clarinet music blaring from the speakers unexpectedly 😂

I’d take that. Or, the bank that I worked for had their own bit of music, it was hold for literally every other department. Where you could queue drop. But the one we had to sit on… it’s no wonder I’m mental is it

At least with NHS 111 you can opt out of the music & just hear a normal ringing phone sound.

Yes! The worst for me are when they combine an annoying song with really bad broadband thingy and the sound is reallu crackly.

Eughhhh! What a nightmare! Surely they can invent a way (that doesn't involve paying a PA) to just do it via one platform. It keeps track of the company's contact details and you just send it off.
