Today’s court ruling is a win for democracy. By granting California’s injunction, the court stopped Trump’s unlawful use of the National Guard to militarize our communities. My heart is with those who have endured unnecessary fear-mongering and invasive surveillance under this abuse of power.

Please clarify what you mean by "stopped." A court ruling likely will not stop anything in this case.
If that is illegal than sending troops to Chicago or any Democratic state to fight crime is also illegal.

K but who’s enforcing the ruling? He doesn’t care about what’s unlawful anymore, he’s been convicted 34 times and didn’t get any punishment
