I wonder how the National Guard feels knowing they're doing that job that has put National Park Employees out of a job? I know they have orders. It doesnt change citizens out of work when NG have some other place 2b.

Sadly, I worry this is so. There are, I see, a lot of current and ex-military and guard speaking out about it so I have a hard time believing that the grunts haven't been made aware yet. My assumption is that the ones out there are complying because they want to.
