Come the reckoning, “I was bullied” will be as effective a defense as “I followed orders.”
Trump has no concept of true or false. Words aren’t for being true, they’re for conveying the message you want to convey. Being true or false is not relevant.
We should be decades form the point that we know that if he's talking, he's very likely lying. Even more so for Republicans. And yes, that "should" is straining mightily...
Something like this is a tease when approximately no one's discussing if and how Trump can be removed from power -- that is, the vote is now near worthless -- nor what the nation will be like once he's gone.
