Using that exact model right now. The aftermarket tips are all roughly equivalent.

I’ve tried various brands of these and yes, they are all much better than the stock tips.

I have tips from "AZLA crystal" at the moment, they have seven different sizes available (vs the three stock apple ones) and that seems to help with the fit & isolation. They also stay put better.
