now for a New Mexico thing I'm very proud of, by contrast: 53% of our electricity generation was renewable last year!

If there's any place that would benefit from solar and wind, it's here. Especially Albuquerque, we're lousy with strong winds and intense sunlight.

100% in our home. Haven't had an electricity bill (other than the grid connection charge) since winter '24.
