The Constitution is extremely clear on birthright citizenship. There is no part of it that could possibly be more clear. If the president can overrule that, we no longer live in a constitutional democracy.

The constitution requires "every person" on American soil rights to due process, barring of the military being used on American soil! The military has rules against felons being in the military, which should have alone been enough to prevent him from running to become commander in chief!

They didn't rule that the President can overrule the Constitution. They ruled that Federal courts can't enforce federal law outside their own jurisdictions, because obviously the Constitution was never meant to mean the same thing in all 50 states. Equally ridiculous, but different.
