Just so @rthonwesstreeting.bsky.social knows: the American "trans shooter" was apparently a detransitioner radicalised by the white-right. You know, like Streeting wants to create more of. Solidarity with detransitioners not radicalised by the hateful anti-trans genocide movement. Not their fault.
Also, how awful is it that we can't focus on mourning the victims of this awful event because the white-right immediately, and viciously, started using this to call for trans people to be moved into camps? Transphobia literally harms more than just trans people.
I mean, can you imagine their poor families? All that grief and rage and that hole left in their world, and the response by politicians is: we must eliminate 2.7million trans people in America. Not a word about guns or Nazis or online radicalisation. Nothing to stop more kids dying. 😭
