Access to automatic weapons and semi-automatic weapons that can be altered by bump stocks & other devices to be automatic. Ban bump stocks again. Background checks for ALL gun sales. More intervention for kids having anger issues in schools. More online policing of extremist groups. I could go on.

Access to automatic weapons are limited to those who have special permission by the ATF to own automatic weapons. Any semiautomatic weapon can be altered by a gunsmith. Bump stocks and private gun sales and guns handed down aren’t an issue.
