SIMPLE SOLUTION - 👍Don't use PayPal. I've had issues with them (no not porn) that I know I would not have had with MC or VISA. ▶️ I only use PayPal to RECEIVE funds.

Just don't use it to BUY products. I also use it for business. PayPal ▶️protection is a joke, It's not protection for buyers

Has one ever not delivered the services you paid for? Or did inferior work? Are such things spelled out in a contract.

No, never had that issue. However, if the artist uses PayPal, I use the same mode of payment they use. With Russian artists, I use Boosty or Hipolink.
