If troops are in the street as in DC, folks stay home. Naturally, without people out and about, there is less opportunity for crime. That is hardly a scalable solution. The questions were awful.

Exactly right. Not to mention that percentage numbers sound bigger than they are, since any moron - other than this bug eyed drone - can understand that percentage numbers mean nothing without baseline numbers. Crime was at a 30+ year low in DC when Trump invaded.
