Hopefully, when this get there, SCOTUS explicitly supports the Constitution by reversing trump's tariffs and explicitly leaving tariff enforcement to the legislative body - if the legislative body accepts its power back...

Maga Scotus has been breaking many laws right & left. Is there anything in the constitution that holds them accountable? If not there needs to be an amendment to provide consequences for their corruptions, otherwise we are no different than our origins of wealthy elite being unaccountable & entitled

A Supreme Court Justice can only be removed from office through impeachment which begins with a vote to impeach by the House & requires a 2/3 majority in the Senate. With GOP majorities in the House & Senate now, it won't happen.
