How do we even know these guys are "police"? Wearing body armor and "ICE" labeled shirts doesn't really cut it, when they're also wearing casual clothes, backwards hats and full face masks.

They're not. They have 13 weeks of training in enforcement. No police experience required.
I wonder what that "13 weeks of training in enforcement" looks like. Do you have any insight into (1) selection process (besides, "must be white and male") and (2) the 13 week curriculum?
