Yes.I cancelled the lost one,then found it and had to apply for a completely new one. Luckily Happy Snaps in Ipswich did it for me.

You can use the library app with your card number and 4-letter pin. Was told I don't need another card. But I only borrow audio books as I can no longer read them. I don't go into the library. play.google.com/store/apps/d...
