A contributing factor is the MaGop determination that the Senate should be the domain of white men only. They’ll term out all women (and TScott) or offer them other positions and will run no new female or minority candidates. (ie mtg, mace, lara).

We’ll see 👀 I predict there will be no MaGop women or minority Senators (maybe TScott remains token) after the election of 2028.
