At a Future Farmers of America breakfast Monday as part of the Tennessee State Fair, Trump Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins expressed support for $31 million in federal grant cuts to the University of Tennessee's agriculture programs.

So much mixed messaging in Rollins' statements. Ironic she is announcing cuts to education at an FFA breakfast. I would expect the any future grants will be substantially smaller than what was cut. I hope the social gains they think they'll get make up for their broken financial future.
