No it should not. It wasn't until the payment processors started cutting off porn co.panies that they finally decided to remove rape porn. I was part of a group who spent years reporting real rape videos on regular porn sites - that stuff was traumatising. Imagine how bad it was for the victims.
I'm sorry that happened to you. Sounds more like using the existing legal tools and penalties to enforce a system of moderation would be a better idea. Rather than giving religious conservatives complete control over all media. It's not like the OP said that is their literal goal even if legal.
