Not true. The reason there are few non-migrants is because non-migrants refuse to work under the conditions being offered. For say Filipino's, UK exploitation is more profitable than a regular job in the Philippines so they CHOOSE to accept it.

Exactly. Non-immigtants don't want minimum-wage jobs in the service industry. It's got nothing to do with "conditions" it's to do with money and perceived status. The law obliged employers to provide fair and equitable conditions of employment.

So there are unscrupulous employers who break the law. I still don't see how that is the fault if immigrants.
