The trevor project is a pretty shitty hollywood charity/money laundering scheme and it's honestly kinda shameful that it's playing a meaningful roll in suicide prevention in this country. And they call the cops, as a matter of policy.

I don't think I know you, but I do know the trevor project. I don't do work with them because I don't work with orgs that works the police. If you know them, try to ask them how many people who called their hotline got killed by cops. They don't release that info, but I know it ain't zero.
