My eye Dr was great but now he is not covered by my medicare, they took him out of the provider list. They are in and out like sailors on leave here, why get a dr when you can have no continuity of care?

I am sorry your eye doctor is not on your provider list. Frustrating.
Back to the eye doctor, all the exam results went into a computer which actually has some AI to it. It can compare your test results from year to year. They took pictures of the inside of my eyes and the computer stored that and showed it . I just thought it was so cool.
Wow that sounds very scientific and thorough, I dont think they have that here that I know of.
Dinner was a kale salad with strawberries & blueberries. Then we had grilled cheese sandwiches. The kale came from the farm.
sounds yummy and comforting and good for you. We split a ham steak, home made fries and the last of our green beans. I just got done removing more of Rikki items, his bowls and supplements and his beloved weasel grease and his little toothbrush and paste. I do a bit at a time then have to stop.
Home made fries. I’m jealous. The picture you included with this post was touching. So you brushed Rikki’s teeth. I never would have thought of that. How are you holding up. It’s hard to believe he’s been gone since Monday. You loved him and he had lots of things.
I cut taters in wedges and coat them in virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, paprika, cumin etc and do them in the air fryer, they come out great.
I always brushed all their teeth with enzymatic paste and a baby brush, not one ever needed a dentistry. This was Pippin our very first. He was diabetic which is very rare in ferrets but he found it somehow.
My eye doctor went well. My glasses were probably five years old and I really couldn’t see. It was a new doctor for me & she was very good. Got new glasses… bright blue frames. No glaucoma. Baby cataracts.
Oh wow you did well then, new glasses and you will see like a youngster again!
I miss my contacts but my hands shake too much from the Parkinsonism.
I have trouble with controlling where my hands go too, I think its all the arthritis, they just won't cooperate.
Arthritis will do it too. My brother has rheumatoid arthritis and he has lots of trouble. I’m glad you’re doing Rikki’s things bit by bit. It’s hard. I must go now. My bosses Maddy and Maisie are ready for their yogurt and cookies. Take care. I’ll be thinking of you. Try to rest.
Thank you for the squirrels. I always enjoy them.
