If more Republicans voted by mail than Democrats, Trump would be promoting voting by mail instead of trying to ban it.

Yep, that’s the absolute truth. He knew democratic ballots were gonna continue to roll in after election night 2020 but when they actually did, he claimed they were all fraud. No cry baby the system is simply chugging along as it’s designed.
