You no longer have to be a high school graduate. You apparently can be under 18 and a dropout and be eligible for hire. I've also heard no mention of an ability to speak or learn other languages which was always part of the hiring process and now they are also handing out huge hiring bonuses.

I am retired now but I remember my company had 200 applications and no one could pass a drug or alcohol test. I was in a second group of 200 and 180 couldn't pass the drug test and another 16 of 20 couldn't read at a HS level required for all the manuals. I passed no problems, started immediately.
