Nothing, if you are ok with them. But if you aren't but have realistic expectations, there's equally nothing wrong with cosmetic proceedures. Tbh, if he likes the look, good for him. If he doesn't, I'm sorry his surgeon wasn't more honest with him. Or I would be, if I gave two hoots about the twat

I find it somewhat fascinating that some people have really pretty good work done but for others, it's a disaster - regardless of available funds. Is it the advice, the surgeon, the patient wanting too much, or is it just a lottery in terms of how your body reacts?

The patient. Always the patient insisting on more than is sensible....added to the surgeon being afraid to say no.

I deliberately went to a proper clinic with a consult prior, where we discussed what I wanted from it and what they would do. It was more expensive; but given his money that's not the issue. Maybe the people doing it are more intimated by celebrities? They feel like they can't refuse them?

I wasn't interested in lokking 'younger' just not angry 😄
