I just saw this at a CA Rest Area, showing they can have EV-charging anywhere there's sun. I visited 42 of the 'lower 48" in the last two years, so saw lots of rest areas. CA's are generally shabby, but not as bad as Nevada's, which are the worst. NY state has the nicest. bsky.app/profile/imth...
