So what? If your department is decimated and folks needed for other specialised stuff are now relegated to emptying wastebaskets, ordering supplies, arranging travel, reimbursing expenses, doing payroll, resolving HR, fixing things civilians can do... etc., etc., etc.

The initial “approval” or “authorization” was sent out a few months ago. Now it appears that there’s an actual avenue for DoD employees to apply. No idea why some of us receive this shit and some of us don’t.
