I will go on a medical leave as soon as the first measles outbreak hits my school. It has been said that us oldies who were vaccinated 50 yrs ago may not be protected. Who knows because they halted the research.

I got a titer test to make sure I still have immunity. We had a mother decide to "homeschool" because she couldn't get a religious exemption. Then she moved the family to a state where they don't care if your kids are healthy.

I wonder why my pharmacy didn't suggest that titer test. I will ask my Dr for a test.

I had measles as a kid. Was lucky and not much sick. Then the Arm gave me an MMR about 30 years ago and then lost my vaccination records so when I started college I had to get one more… I should be good, but not going to Florida anyways.
