They need to be reminded that years ago now Sarah Palin ran ads showing gun sights over Gabby Giffords’ face in the weeks before she was nearly shot to death by a “madman”. The political hatred they have kindled travels through many different vessels. Rhetoric can kill.

And that Bill OReilly ran weeks and weeks of inflammatory denunciations of Dr. George Tiller as a “baby killer” on his prime time national Fox teevee show before a “madman” gunned down the good doctor as he stood receiving congregants in the foyer of his church.
