I don’t forsee anyone in this government making the case that Trump’s moral unfitness to serve qualifies as incapacity under the 25th.

He was on the roof yelling at people yesterday. That’s a pretty easy thing to cite as a leading indicator of mental incapacity.

I don't think it is likely, but at a certain point their options become try to knife him in the back or go down with him. Not that they have shown self-preservation instincts in the past though.

This lot is likelier to *literally* knife him in the back--and try to blame it on "antifa" or something--than have the guts to try to remove him in any legal way. Besides, they've had no use for protocol or law; why start now?
