On the Rafah issue, as the president himself said that it was a red line. In other words, Netanyahu and his government have been saying that they're going to go into Rafah. President Biden said that would be a huge mistake and a red line, and it's my view that when the president of the United States, you know, draws a red line the president needs to ensure that there's an enforcement mechanism.
