If it's wavy and you're worried about frizz, you could try using a leave-in curl cream after washing your hair and while your hair is still damp, it will make it clump and be less likely to tangle
With conditioner with more 'silicones' (usually used in more straight hair routines) they do make the hair more slippery and easier to brush and detangle. I usually detangle thoroughly before washing, and then let it dry like so - unless I want it to be extra straight, then I also brush while drying
