I’m not arguing in favor of it. Read my original post. It’s akin to the issue that they’ve had in France with scarf bans. How do you prohibit one group from practicing their religion while allowing others, without showing bias while claiming to have freedom of religion.
Ok, I accept that. Quebec has a similar anti-niqab and no religious garb at work ban, so this isn't that province's first kick at Muslims and Hindus. They always wrap it as being secular, but oddly, it's pretty much only middle and far easterners that have to modify their lives.
