I thought healthcare was for people with an illness - is that what it is?
There's lots of reasons for healthcare, to improving quality of life is an important goal
Healthcare is to promote health. Self mutilation is not healthy
Good news then no one is being mutilated, but it is incredibly fucked up to describe children's bodies that way
Well I do hope no one is messing with children’s bodies, but I didn’t mention children. Altering a healthy body is not healthcare - it’s elective plastic surgery which many adults do (including me)but which should not be an NHS expense.
If people are not happy with the body they were born with then when they are over the age of consent, they can pay to get it altered.
That should not be at public expense, and it doesn’t change who they are or give them any more rights than the ones they were born with. It certainly doesn’t give them the right to tell other people what they should think, feel or believe
You're all over the place But the comment you replied to was about kids And why on earth would anyone listen to you instead of their doctors? Christ you people always get so worked up at things you barely even know the basics of
I never suggested anyone should listen to me - or you for that matter. I’m not remotely worked up, it’s not me that’s posting ill wishes towards people they’ve never met
I've met her and her actions affect people I care about, never met Putin either but I'm not hoping his life goes well
In what way are they affected?
