i disagree with this for two reasons. 1. as someone with a personality disorder who knows people with npd who are better people than the average neurotypical, i really can’t subscribe to further stigmatizing an already stigmatized disorder, even if it’s accurate to him 1/2
and 2. i really don’t care why he does what he does. it doesn’t matter to me even a little bit and i think we should all be focusing on that less. it doesn’t matter because he’s doing it and he’s not going to stop. clearly nobody in power cares about his mental ability to do his job 2/2
