the poor people will just be poor and it’s not a phenomenon of states primarily but of urban/rural—people of phoenix are not inherently different than people of san diego

Nevertheless..I'd suggest those who can move from red states, move to blue States. Perhaps we from blue States should help them. Your point isn't wrong..its just besides the point. We need action..
