Educated people online have that framework but if you widen the type of people you meet you find many are living their lives and simply don’t know very much. A less literate person without little background knowledge (possibly 20% of the US or more) does not necessarily deserve to be killed for it.

Sure, and raw milk is more expensive than pasteurized, more expensive than organic pasteurized milk, and she was able to read the label well enough to ask about it. Unless she was convinced raw milk was better, then she would not have chosen it.

You are defending a person whose own ignorance (and believing her when she says she knew nothing) caused her circumstances.

No, I have no idea about her. I’m thinking of the larger purpose of creating regulations, and saying if there are no regulations in effect than lawsuits will have to do in order to protect the public generally from harm, including children. I don’t care about ‘punitive consequences’ for consumers.

The dairy and store knowingly sold dangerous and defective goods. I hope she drives both out of business.

Killed? Who forced her to buy to and consume it? Why doesn't she sue RFK Jr and the FL Health Commissioner?
