Sean Penn is many things but directing is not his strong point.... His movies he directs are way too slow moving ... Incredible actor, philanthropist and humanitarian though.... Great range as an actor eg. From Carlito's Way-------all the way to Spicolli lol...

All slow and way too drawn out... Wanna see a terrible Sean Penn movie we just watched the other night called U-Turn.... What a waste of 2 hours.... and he directed that... He's a far better actor than director... And his humanitarian efforts are to be applauded for sure...😉

I barely remember it because it was so bad ... Just like the one where he was some kinda ex special operator and obviously jacked up on roids ... another one that was long, drawn out and essentially very boring... His acting however can be exceptional... Mystic River comes to mind...😉👌
